3 Simple Steps
The first thing you need to do after you have received the welcome call is to obtain all three credit reports from the three major bureaus (if you don’t already have one) and forward them to us. Attached to those documents, we also need a clear identification from you which includes a copy of your driver’s license as well as your social security card. You can send all three documents via email, fax or snail mail, whichever you feel more comfortable with.
Next, once we have received the information from you, your case will begin by the team member assigned to your file will begin reading over your credit report, he or she has finished doing an initial review we will need to set up an appointment with you to go over this information so we can document the errors found in the credit report and then we will begin entering any negative information into our specialized computer system.
Once the initial set of disputes are mailed out, it will probably be 30-45 days before you will hear anything from the credit bureaus, but one you do you will need to either upload the documents into our system or fax them to the office. Once we receive this information we will update your file and we will go to the next step which is reviewing the changes and determining what we need to continue to dispute.
